Back to School: Back to Life

It always feels like a new year when school starts in September.  I've been on summer vacation for a few seasons now and it's time to get back to blogging.  What do you need to get back to?  Presently, I am reading Dean Graziosi's - Millionaire Success Habits -The Gateway to Wealth & Prosperity .

Graziosi says on page 27, "In fact stop reading right now and take a yellow pad, or your phone or your computer, and make a note of, 'Where am I in life?' You can go beyond just your finances and write down where you are in the different areas of your life that matter most: love, intimacy, health, your career, and your family." (I would add relationship with Jesus to mine.) "Go ahead and break out these areas on a piece of paper and, next to each one, describe where you are. Don't write other people's perceptions of you.  Instead, when you look in the mirror and you're dead honest with yourself, where are you?  Before we can create your ideal destination we need to know your starting point."  Graziosi does make a point. Get out the paper right now and start writing.  Turn off the TV, the music, close your bedroom door, whatever you have to do but do this right now, please.

"And he who was seated on the throne said, 'Behold, I am making all things new.' Also he said, 'Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.'" -Revelation 21:5 (ESV)

From the Aramaic Bible in Plain English- "Behold, I stand at the door and I shall knock.  If a man listens to my voice and will open the door, I also shall come in and I shall have supper with him, and he with me." -Revelation 3:20

Say- "Jesus come into my heart, I want to feel your presence in my life. Please, make it so!"
